Lake Forest Chargers July 4th 5K Run/Walk
The Lake Forest Charger July 4th 5K Race began in 1995 by a sports organization with fewer than 250 runners. They initially donated $250 of the proceeds each year to the El Toro High School PSTO and i n 1999 its management was taken over by a committee of El Toro parents and since 1999 it has raised almost $300,000 (currently from $15,000 to $20,000 per year)!

Lake Forest Music and Lights Holiday Spectacular
Synchronized lights, music, & performance show in a quarter-mile walk-thru experience like never before seen!

You will wander through six holiday-themed lands, immersed in exciting worlds of color, lights, Christmas music favorites, and live performance stages of singing and character acting that line the quarter-mile path, finally ending with a photo op with Santa. The family-friendly walking experience includes interactive selfie stations and family photo opportunities, light tunnels, hot beverages, food trucks, a signature 30' Tree of Lights, carolers, crafts, and live entertainment by ETHS's Vocal Music and Drama Programs!

This is a Christmas lights show you and your family will never forget!

Nationally-Ranked Lake Forest High School Earns Silver Medal!
U.S. News ranked El Toro High School #427 in California and #2202 in the National Rankings, earning them a silver medal. This puts them in the top 23.6% of eligible schools in California and in the to p 13.5% of eligible schools nationally!

The gold and silver awards reflect which schools are most successfully preparing students for college, based on students participating in and achieving passing scores on Advanced Placement tests. For a school to be eligible for a gold or silver medal, its students must also do well on the appropriate statewide tests and graduate at high rates.

Students performed very well on AP tests too, having 90% of all students taking an exam passing at least one AP test. They also had a 76% pass rate in both Math and English proficiency exams!
