Tell us a little bit about your business? What makes it unique?
My philosophy is simple: make it as easy and stress-free as possible for my clients. Whether they are first-time home buyers, trying to sell a home, or are looking to move, real estate is a business of relationships. I pay keen personal attention to detail and like to provide an extensive overview of the home purchase/selling process, ensuring there will be no surprises down the road, and everything that happens is to be expected. A house is just a house until people make it a home, and I pride myself on developing personal relationships with my Lake Forest clients, ensuring all transactions go smoothly through communication and extensive research; exceeding expectations is my goal.
How did you get involved in your industry?
My family has been involved in the Real Estate industry for a long time. Before we knew it, my husband and I were raising two daughters and moved to Lake Forest. We immediately fell in love with the community. As my children grew, I began taking Real Estate classes to invest in a constantly changing industry - little did I know it would grow into my passion. My passion for helping others is magnified by the love for our local Lake Forest community.
What cities do you work in?
I work throughout the U.S., but the Saddleback Valley is my strong suit and Lake Forest is my sweet spot. I maintain relationships with local chambers of commerce, the Orange County Sheriffs Department, city officials, and past clients. Many clients have become good friends and we continue to build even stronger bonds through Facebook and other social media platforms. Staying connected also makes it easy for clients to refer friends and family when they need help in Real Estate.
Real Estate is all about relationships; being who you are, listening intently, being trustworthy, honest and making sure it's never about "you,” but always “about them” – all while exceeding expectations!
